Disclaimer:

Although, mentioned in the CyberTrybe Bio, and being very instrumental in the creation of CyberTrybe, co-founder Bryant Bedwell (a.k.a. Nisroc) is no longer a member of, nor affiliated with, the group/band CyberTrybe.  CyberTrybe is a band made up of five members, not a "one man" studio project as is falsely stated on various mp3 web sites.  CyberTrybe writes, records and performs as a five-member group/band.

CyberTrybe is also not affiliated with "Deadlysyn Multimedia" in any way, shape, or form.  "Deadlysyn Multimedia" was a company founded by Bryant Bedwell that handled web and CD art, along with recordings done by Bryant Bedwell.  CyberTrybe has never been a "Deadlysyn Multimedia signed group/band."  CyberTrybe has never recognized "Deadlysyn Multimedia" as being an Indie label with contracts covering any of its releases; and no contracts exist between CyberTrybe and "Deadlysyn Multimedia."  CyberTrybe is a band/group signed under the Indie label "EvilFish Records," and has been since 1998.  "Deadlysyn Multimedia" has never been a division of "EvilFish Records" or "Trybe Productions," and no contracts exist between these companies.

All live sound equipment and lighting used by CyberTrybe is provided by "Trybe Productions," a division of "EvilFish Records" that is owned and operated by CEO Sean Mooer.

The "The Destruction of Mars" CD was written and recorded solely by Bryant Bedwell.  Mr. Bedwell used the CyberTrybe name and logo, which appear on the cover of said recording, under false pretences and without written or verbal consent from Sean Mooer.  Neither the band CyberTrybe nor EvilFish Records, therefore, recognize "The Destruction of Mars" as a body of work by either CyberTrybe or EvilFish Records.  This is the same reason that the CD does not appear on the CyberTrybe Discography.

Bryant Bedwell does have certain rights in the music recorded under the name "CyberTrybe" during and before the year 2001 (i.e., during the time Mr. Bedwell was actually affiliated with CyberTrybe).  Further, some keyboard tracks that CyberTrybe utilizes during live performances do include music written and recorded by Bryant Bedwell.  However, these tracks, alone, are not offered as a product and are not for sale to the public.  These tracks are strictly used for performances of songs from the "Trust in Myths" CD only — which CyberTrybe has the rights to use.  Furthermore, these tracks will not be used in any future CyberTrybe recordings released to the public for sale.

Any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the above disclaimer (or any related issues) should be directed to Sean Mooer.  Mr. Mooer can be reached at seanmooer@cybertrybe.com.
